Cancel subscription in My.Zehnder account

You can view and cancel your current subscriptions at any time in the My.Zehnder customer account.

• Log in to the customer account
• Go to the "My subscriptions" page 
• Select the current subscription and click on "Cancel now".

The subscription will be cancelled immediately. No further filters will be sent.

Please note: If the cancellation is only declared on the day of the scheduled dispatch date of subscribed articles or later, it will only become effective after dispatch and scheduled receipt of these articles.

Cancelling a subscription without logging in

You can also cancel a current subscription without logging in to your customer account. To do so, please use the form below.

Please note: There is a notice period of one month for ordinary cancellations.

Please provide the contact details of the person who took out the Filtershop subscription.
